🌿 Our Happiness Guarantee (Returns & Refunds)

We want you to love everything you receive from Giftfors. But we understand that sometimes, a change of heart happens. Here's how we can work together to make things right.


1. Changing Your Plans? (Cancellations)

If you have a change of heart, please let us know as soon as possible! We are happy to accept cancellations and provide a full refund as long as your order hasn't been produced or shipped yet. Once your package has started its journey to you, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.


2. Not Quite Right? (Returns)

If your item isn't a perfect fit for your home, you have a 14-day window from the day you receive your package to request a return.

The Fine Print: To be eligible, your items must be in the same "loveable" condition you received them—unused, unworn, and tucked safely in their original packaging.

Getting Started: Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

A Friendly Reminder: Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer. Contact us first, and we'll guide you through the process.

Shipping: As a small studio, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.


3. The Refund Process

Once your return reaches our studio, we'll give it a quick inspection and send you an email to let you know it arrived safely. We'll also notify you about the status of your refund.

If everything looks good, your refund will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically fly back to your original payment method (credit card, etc.) within 1 to 5 business days.


4. Waiting on a Refund?

If the refund hasn't appeared yet, don't worry! Sometimes banks and credit card companies take a little extra time to "post" the transaction. We suggest:

  • Double-checking your bank account.
  • Reaching out to your credit card company.
  • Checking in with your bank.
