How do I place an order?

Browse our website and find the products you like.

Click “Add to Cart.”

Click the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner of the page.

Select “Checkout,” enter your shipping and payment information, and click “Place Order.”
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order is placed and shipped, we will send you an email with shipping details, including a tracking number and tracking link, so you can check the delivery status at any time.
Can I change my order?

Before checkout: You can modify your order directly in your shopping cart by adding or removing items.

After checkout: Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment and before the order leaves our warehouse.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.
How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?
At checkout, you will see a field labeled “Enter Discount Code.”
Simply enter your code, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
