Once your order has been successfully verified, you will receive a confirmation email. As order processing begins shortly after verification, cancellations are generally not accepted at this stage. 3. Shipping Time Explanation
Shipping time refers to the period from when your order leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at the destination address.
Most orders are shipped via standard express delivery, which typically takes 5–7 natural days. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take 7–10 days. All delivery times are estimates only, and Giftfors.com does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
4. Delivery Issues & Claims
If your order has not arrived, or if tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service within 45 days of the order date for verification.
For all other product, order, or logistics-related concerns, customer service must be contacted within 90 days of the order date.
