They're very easy to use, just roll the edge of the circle along the pattern line. You can keep the circle on track with your other hand, or roll along the edge of a ruler.
Each kit contains circles to add from 0.5cm to 3cm, or 1/4" to 1". If you need more, just draw one line then use that as your guide to add another - there's no upper limit.
Every size has two centrer hole options: small for a pencil, large for a felt pen, or a fabric pen. So you can use the seam circles on paper or on fabric, they're great for marking your stitching line when you need precision.
These are so useful if you use any patterns without a seam allowance, eg Burda Magazine, Fibre Mood, Peppermint etc. You can also use them for drafting facings and deep hems - adding seams and hems to your own patterns - marking echo quilting lines - marking pad stitching lines - removing seams to hack patterns - drafting rounded corners, and more!
